We charge absolutely no upfront fees. Our service is free of charge for the non fault drivers. Successful injury claims have a 25% success fee deducted from the overall damages recovered but this is paid directly from the fault parties insurance.

Provided you’re not at fault for the accident and your insurer does not pay out as a result of the claim, your “No Claims Bonus” shouldn’t be affected.

Fees will always be agreed with your solicitors firm upfront.

There may be a termination fee if you cancel your claim with a panel member after the cooling-off period. We are paid a recommendation fee by our panel members for a successful introduction. We will not charge you for our service.
